I loved working with you as well.
I did notice this sense of calm after the session. I have also noticed the past few weeks have felt a bit lighter but hearing that other people have been feeling that too made me feel a bit more valid (I have a very anxious mind).
How were we talking about a sense of hope? I truly do feel that in my heart after this session. This sense of whatever is meant to be will be, and everything is playing out as it should. And those feelings bring on a sense of calm with hope as well. I feel more connected to my spiritual self!
I couldn’t agree more about learning from one another. I love your insight on so many levels and layers we each have and discover about ourselves. Thank you for sharing that with me.

Hi Vivian,
Thank you for asking. I have been experiencing some interesting stuff after the session:
– Increased energy levels. I can’t sleep more than 4 hours, and I am not feeling tired. I slept very late on Monday, and I woke to feel just fine. The skin on my face looks so different, looked like I had a cosmetic procedure or something
– I dream a lot, and I wake up a lot during the night
– Since the session, the heart chakra area feels kind of tender. There is constant pressure there, similar to anxiety. I think it is an unpleasant sensation (it feels like anxiety, but it is not anxiety). Yesterday was intense and constant, and today I am still feeling it (now comes and goes). I had a meditation session and spent time in nature to help a little bit, but the feeling is still there.
Is there anything I can do, please?
– I started journaling yesterday, something I never do
– During one of the guided meditations (Love and Light starting from the crown chakra), I felt my chakras spinning super fast and in harmony
It was an amazing practice, and I thank you very much for the opportunity. I felt very blessed to be there. I had a shift in consciousness in October last year, and being with people on the same path is gold.

Good morning Vivian,
Thank you for the beautiful session the other night. I felt such intense energy flowing amongst us all. I’m sorry, I was tired that day, so by 10 pm, I felt the need to leave the session… overall, the past few days, I have been feeling very tired, highly sensitive, and unsure what to do to get back into things. I have super deep sleep but have a hard time waking. I’m taking today off for myself to allow some quiet space and reflection.
I’m looking forward to next week’s level 2 class.

I loved the session yesterday! I lt felt good to talk about the universe and the energy shift with everyone!
I am sorry that I wasn’t a part of the meeting until the end; I was having technical difficulties with my phone, which locked me out of the meeting after the last world reiki meditation session.
During the first meditation, I kept seeing the colours of sunflowers—yellows and browns and texture (like flower petals).
When we did the first reiki session and moved to the throat, I felt a huge lump in my throat that wouldn’t go away. And I felt static electricity throughout my arms and hands! Quite an experience!
I’ve never done Reiki before but always had an interest in it!
I’m excited to work with you again! My mum is also considering booking another session with you (to help with her Asthma).
