What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an extremely pleasant state of mind whereby you experience deep mental and physical relaxation. I will guide you to use this state of mind to make positive changes in your life. It’s a very natural state with which we are all familiar, in fact, many of us get into a hypnotic state several times during any given day. Have you ever been so engrossed reading a book or watching a movie – that you didn’t even notice somebody else had entered the room? Remember what it feels like when you have been daydreaming, this will give you an idea of what hypnosis feels like.
Consider that these situations involve a state of concentration and focus which is so deep. Even in this very deep state of attention you always remain in control. You are able to “snap out of it” at any moment you chose – Hypnosis is exactly the same.
During hypnosis, you are able to intensely concentrate with your powerful subconscious mind on a specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation, and are able to block out unwanted distractions. The healing power of the subconscious mind can be directed to specific areas of the body or to a particular mental problem for very powerful permanent healing.
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I act as a facilitator. The resulting state is 100% self-created, self-controlled, completely natural, safe and pleasant experience.
What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a personal growth strategy that relates to thoughts, language, and patterns of behaviour. With the idea that experiences are neither good nor bad, but opportunities to observe and learn, NLP is a way of changing our thoughts and actions to achieve desired outcomes.
Positive change in patterns of thoughts and behaviour = positive changes in outcome.
NLP is not hypnotherapy. It is the conscious use of language to bring about changes in our thoughts and behaviour. Through a variety of approaches, I work with you to help you identify, then change, patterns in your thinking and in your actions that could be preventing you from achieving your goals. NLP is particularly good for people working on anxiety and stress but can be used for anyone who wants to interrupt patterns in their lives that are not bringing about desired outcomes in career, personal relationships, and personal goals.
Session Information
Every situation will be treated differently. Most issues can be dealt with in two to four sessions, some in one session and other people will require a few more. It depends on the contributing issues uncovered that are at the source of creating unwanted symptoms. Be assured that my commitment to you is to help you succeed as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
During the initial consultation, I will review your needs and goals, followed by an explanation of how Hypnosis or NLP can help you achieve your goal and then we will move into the transformation work.

Results achieved through hypnosis depend greatly on the client’s serious participation and their true desire to create a positive life-lasting change. Long-standing issues may require more than one session, commitment to the process is required for lasting results.
