There comes a time in our lives when we need to make a change but realize we may still be holding on to patterns and beliefs that keep us from moving forward. The Integrated session experience is designed to assist you in releasing these ‘blocks’ and leave you feeling clear, renewed and inspired. Thus, creating a momentum in which the changes you are working on may become your new reality.
As an initial consultation, I recommend an Integrated Session. This is a 2 or 2.5-hour session that gives us time to do a combination of spiritual guidance, pattern shifting, trance channeling and energy work. During the session I may draw on various modalities to compliment the experience for you; Akashic Records, Angel Reading, Reiki, Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Inner Child, Soul Clearing, Sound Healing etc. I work with individuals and couples.
