Life is its own creation.

Everything that is going on right now, we have created. If we have created it, we know how to navigate through it. Life is its own creation. We have a choice, how we react, respond in the present moment. Focus on creating the “feeling” you desire to experience. This is not a secret. Within your minds eye bring up a difficult and stressful past event. Be a witness, a neutral observer to that event. Identify the feelings, within your physical body and your emotional body. Now, observe a past event that was positive, a good experience for you. Identify the feelings. We are Creators. Connect with the feeling you desire to create within your current life situation. Breathe into the feeling, giving it Life. Wishing you the expereince of your divine being, Vivian
