A common theme that gets addressed in my NLP sessions are the limiting beliefs around money. Soft, Sexy & Easy Listening….
During the day, I’m always listening to high-frequency meditative music in the background during client sessions. When I get home, I like to change the tempo and if I’m not up for listening to my one of my old favourite groups (Depeche Mode, Coldplay, U2 etc.) I put on one of the many “Harvey Specter’s” music compilations found on YouTube. Healing High-Frequency Music….
I enjoy all sorts of music, but when I’m writing, relaxing or meditating I play ‘High Frequency’ music. This is music that incorporates specific frequencies to activate varies states in the brain, for example, 963 Hz – helps to restore the spirit to its original settings. It is directly connected to the light or God. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. Instantly Beautify Your Space….
I absolutely love plants. When I was a little girl, I would daydream what my future home would look like, and there was always lots of plants, small ones and huge ones. Well, I now have my own home, but there’s limited space in my small condo! A few months ago, I bought new furniture for my living and part of the design idea included bring in a large Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum), NASA researched this plant and found to be one the top indoor plants for cleaning the air as much as 60%. This tropical plant breaks down and neutralizes toxic gases like benzene, formaldehyde, and carbon monoxide and reduces levels of mould spores that grow in the home. While I appreciate cleaner air, it’s the Peace Lily’s white bloom that makes it a beautiful permanent addition to my home. Here are other plants with great health benefits!
