The information you provide during a private session, course, workshop or electronic communication is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
Email Privacy
If you received a mailing from Vivian Osal, (a) your email address is either listed as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of obtaining information in the future (“opt-in”) or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with Vivian Osal. Your time and attention are respected by controlling the frequency of mailings.
Your email address will never be shared, sold, or rented to anyone. If you have received an email in error or you wish to stop receiving emails from Vivian Osal, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by sending an email with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the header.
Booking Your Appointment
Full payment is required to reserve your date and time. You may book your appointment using my online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email once your session has been secured.
You must be 18 years old or older for my services. Individuals under the age of 18 must give proof of parental/guardian consent.
Refund Policies
Digital Goods
All downloadable meditations, journeys, and online courses are 100% non-refundable.
Workshops & Courses
There is no refund of full payments or deposits made for courses or workshops, but the amount paid may be used within the year towards a future service or course. The total amount paid is transferable to a friend or family member. This policy is applicable if Vivian Osal requires rescheduling the class or the client needs to cancel for any reason. Course manuals and certificates will not be given until full payment has been received.
Events
There is no refund of payments made for events, such as meditation gatherings. The payment is not transferable to another event. Full payments are made to reserve your seat for a particular event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a friend for the specific event.
Private Sessions, Transformational/Coaching Packages & Gift Certificates
Private sessions, Transformational/Coaching Packages and Gift Certificates are to be used within one year of purchase. If you have purchased a prepaid package, session or gift certificate and are unable to use what you purchased, you may transfer the remaining hours or session to a friend or family member. There are no refunds for sessions purchased, except as set out under Missed Appointments and Cancelling an Appointment below.
Payment Options
All prices in Canadian Dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged to your credit card when paying via the online booking page or PayPal. If you are paying using online banking email money transfer (e-transfer), please add 5% to the total amount and do not forget to provide Vivian Osal with the answer to the e-transfer security question.
Missed Appointments
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions with Vivian Osal.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting part of your session fee.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, 50% of the session fee is forfeited; the remaining 50% may be applied as credit toward a future session within one year.
Cancelling an Appointment
ou may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your initial booking; a 10% transaction/service fee will be deducted from the total reimbursed funds.
After 24 hours, there are no cash refunds on the session booked. You may reschedule (with at least 24 hours’ notice), transfer your session to a friend or family member, or, if cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, receive 50% credit toward a future session as described above.
All sessions begin at the scheduled time. For virtual sessions over video (Zoom) or phone, if you are unable to answer the call at the time of your scheduled session and Vivian Osal does not hear from you within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the 50% forfeiture described above applies.

With deep compassion and respect for those facing mental and emotional challenges, Vivian Osal is not equipped to support individuals with severe mental health issues, such as schizophrenia or other conditions that significantly impact thinking, emotions, and behaviour. These concerns require specialized care from a qualified mental health professional; Vivian Osal is happy to recommend therapists who integrate a spiritual perspective into their practice. If a mental health crisis arises during a session, Vivian Osal will pause the session and direct the client to appropriate emergency or crisis resources for their location. Vivian Osal does not address curses or dark magic concerns and encourages seeking appropriate support for such matters.
Energy sessions can be used together with any other form of medical, natural or alternative therapy to complement it. It is recommended you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological need you may have.
The word ‘healing’ means to bring your body to balance; this is different for each person. You are welcome to discuss your expectations before receiving a session with Vivian Osal.
The client understands the body can heal itself. Long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple treatments to bring the whole body system back into balance.
Self-improvement requires commitment on the part of the client, and a willingness to make changes and take action in a positive way to receive the full benefit of a session with Vivian Osal.
In booking a session with Vivian Osal, you agree and verify that you, the client
- Have voluntarily decided to participate and have requested a session of your own free will.
- Alone hold the decision-making power and are completely responsible for making decisions that affect your life following your session.
- Accept complete responsibility for your own medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.
- Are 18 years of age, and not declared incompetent.
- On behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, release, discharge, waive, and relinquish Vivian Osal, including her employees, employers, and any other persons associated with Vivian Osal, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
- Understand and agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Vivian Osal or any persons associated with Vivian Osal as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Vivian Osal and all persons associated with Vivian Osal from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you, including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims.
- Understand that all information provided to you during your session is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law.
- Agree that Vivian Osal can use portions of any feedback sent to her after the session as a testimonial using first name only and state/province and country, without revealing any specific information about the session.
- Agree that Vivian Osal can use portions of your session for educational articles and promotion without revealing any of your personal information.
- Agree to receive occasional future emails from Vivian Osal in the form of a newsletter with special offers, news and other information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing and the consequences of your actions.
- Have read and fully understand this agreement, and understand that booking and purchasing a session or learning program with Vivian Osal represents accepting all conditions stated within this agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada, regardless of the client’s location, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. This does not limit any consumer protection rights a client may have under the mandatory law of their own province, state, or country that cannot be waived by agreement.
You, The Client, Accept And Agree To All Of These Terms And Conditions upon purchasing goods or services provided by Vivian Osal.
