What to Expect During a Reiki + Chakra Balancing Session
Once you arrive, we will take some time to discuss your particular intentions for your Reiki session. The session begins with you laying down fully clothed on a massage table. I will then guide you to enter a deep state of relaxation. Once you’re comfortable, I will begin by gently placing my hands at various places around your head and then moving around your body. During this session, I will also focus on balancing your seven Chakra centres.
True transformation begins within your energy body —it is the
foundation for profound, lasting change.
During a Reiki session, please allow an hour for digestion after a meal before a session. Wear comfortable clothes, yoga or loungewear is good. Keep in mind that you will be resting (shoes off) on a massage table during the session.
“It was my first time Reiki session with Vivian. The feelings and energy I experienced during the session were very intense and profound. I felt a lot of hot & soothing energy from Vivian’s hands.
When she worked on my head, I felt like she was pulling a lot out of it. When she moved to the heart chakra, I felt it was opening wide and shining with sparkling green light. When working on my sacral chakra, I felt a lot of hot energy again, and then a huge vortex started to form and rise from the bottom of my spine to my head. I felt like I was inside of that vortex, the feeling was a bit scary. After some time, it was gone.
After that, Vivian returned to my head again, and I started to feel that the top of my head was a big lotus flower bud that began to open its petals one by one. It was a very interesting and intense feeling.
